Learning about Mother Teresa :-)

Hello everybody! This time I'm going to talk about something I learned last week. It all started last week (Week 4) when we got new tasks. Ms Bolger started handing out the tasks sheets. I love doing tasks and I know that only a few others like to do it too.
When I got my sheet I started reading the tasks side to myself.
"Hmmm now lets see... reading normal, ancient Egypt...yep the follow up of course, maths like always, spelling... why should I worry about that, reflection... hmmm I think I can do that today, ooooh what's this?" I start to read the RE bit. "Choose one of the inspirational people from our RE lessons...sounds interesting...do some research blah, blah, blah....publish in RE book blah, blah, blah... THIS IS DUE BY WEDNESDAY!!! That should be easy. I'll finish it today."
But I didn't start it until the end of school. When I got home I started on the RE task straight away. Well not exactly straight away.I started it only after I did some other stuff. I choose my inspirational person who was Mother Teresa. Anyway I did heaps of research, wrote it all down, tried my best to put it in my own words and typed it up. I finished it in about two hours and then emailed it to myself so I can print it at school. The next day....
As soon as I arrived at school I printed out my research and stuck it in my RE book.
I learned quite a few things about Mother Teresa. I did know quite a bit about Mother Teresa but I found out what actually inspired Mother Teresa to help all the poor in Calcutta, India. When she was young, Mother Teresa went to this Youth group and learned alot of things about missionaries and charities and that is how she first got inspired to do all the wonderful work she did.

So thats it from me for now, but please come back for my next post! :-)
